Returns & Exchanges

If the Aiya Australia piece ordered just isn’t quite right for you, please contact us via helloaiyaaustralia@gmail.com to arrange a return or exchange. In the event that you would like to obtain a refund, a Return Form will be forwarded to you for your completion.

We are happy to process a full refund of the purchase price of your returned item(s) within 14 days of you receiving your original order provided that it is returned with tags and is unworn.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

The freight cost of returns will be at your expense, and all garments are returned at your responsibility until they reach Aiya Australia head-office. We recommend that all items are packed safely to ensure no damage upon return. In the event that the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return this to you.

Please note, it can take up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a notification email from our team. Please allow for typical bank processing times for the funds to reappear in your account. The typical turnaround time for local banks is 1-5 business days.
